Drone rules
While we strive to go the extra mile for our clients, we work under FAA guidelines. We are responsible to operate our drones safely and properly, the same as any plane or helicopter. We have certain restrictions where we can fly. For instance, National Parks are currently off limits to drones. When we operate in public places or with people involved, we are required to obtain approval from people featured. If we are within FAA regulated airspace, we are required to receive approval before flying, so planning in advance can be critical to assure successful accommodation. Some atmospheric conditions, like rain and high winds, can make flying unsafe to the extent that we may need to postpone or cancel a flight operation. We have little or no control over those situations, but we need to respond appropriately to them. Thanks for understanding.
